The 3rd ICETT Seminar on Resource Recycling - Weaving Together the Future of Textiles - will be held.
Purpose
The International Center for Environmental Technology Transfer (ICETT) is holding the ICETT Resource Recycling Seminar in fiscal year 2024 with the aim of contributing to the promotion of resource recycling in Japan and overseas, including ASEAN countries, and businesses that contribute to it, by sharing information with companies and organizations. The seminar is held in 2024.
The need for resource recycling of all products is rapidly increasing in response to international trends.
The government considers the shift from mass production and mass disposal of textile products to be a challenge, and is actively working to promote resource recycling through the formulation of government systems, technological development by companies and research institutions, and collaboration among regions, industry, government, and academia.
The seminar will not only deepen understanding of the environment surrounding the textile industry and the current status and issues of resource recycling, but also provide an opportunity to explore the possibilities of resource recycling of textiles and its application to other products by learning from advanced case studies.
summary
After the seminar, a business card exchange will be held for audience participants. We look forward to your participation.
