Features of Training Programs

ICETT, as an organization specializing in international cooperation in the environmental field, will conduct the following training programs

  • We provide professional management and technical information that reflects the situation in the target country or region and meets the needs of the trainees.
  • We deal with a wide range of topics, including government environmental conservation measures, technological measures in industry, measures to build a recycling-oriented society, and global environmental conservation.
  • To enhance the effectiveness of the training, it will consist not only of lectures, but also of site visits, discussions, and report presentations.
  • Depending on the theme, lecturers will be invited from government, business, and research institutions, in addition to ICETT staff.

Training Outline

Aiming to develop human resources in the field of environmental conservation, we provide training for administrative officials, engineers, and researchers from other countries, focusing on administrative policies and technologies related to environmental conservation that have been adopted in Japan.

Training and seminars may involve sending lecturers and experts overseas or receiving trainees from overseas and conducting them in Japan.
Online implementation is also available. We will propose a curriculum, including lectures and site visits, that meets your needs, ranging from one day to several months.
The cost varies depending on the contents. Please consult with us first.

1. Training Curriculum

  • Curriculum structure: We will propose a curriculum based on the purpose, target audience, etc. 
  • Form: Lecture, report presentation, discussion, practical training, observation, etc.
  • Areas covered: air, water quality, waste, resource recycling, environmental education, energy conservation, carbon neutrality, SDGS, etc.

2. Language

Mainly conducted in English. Some country-specific courses may be conducted in the relevant national language.

About ICETT's Training Accommodations

Located in the western part of Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture, at the foot of Mount Suzuka surrounded by lush greenery, the center is equipped with lodging rooms, training rooms, a cafeteria, and other facilities suitable for training and camps.
